Show goers also got to attend Q&A panels featuring Raffey Cassidy from Disney sci-fi adventure Tomorrowland: A World Beyond, new BBC series Jonathan Strange & Mr Norrell, ITV drama Jekyll and Hyde, brand new Brit superhero flick SuperBob and YouTube favourites The Yogscast.
Joining them were stars from such shows as hit CW superhero drama Arrow, NCIS, The Walking Dead, Once Upon A Time, Orphan Black, Falling Skies, Storage Hunters and Scorpion, plus top voice actors including Hynden Walch, Mark Meer and Gideon Emery and our Anime Guest of Honour, mecha illustrator Hidetaka Tenjin.

Yesterday Eve Myles met Dewi, a 3-year old with CP (Cerebral Palsy), his amazing family are trying to raise money to get him to USA for surgery. Bellow is a message from Eve.
I met the most brave and beautiful family today. Their story absolutely broke my heart. Please take a few minutes to read this.
Dewi is a 3 year old boy with Cerebral Palsy from Pontypridd South Wales. Just like any other 3 year old he dreams of being able to jump, run and ride a bike without pain. Unfortunately Dewi has diaplegia spacicity cerebral palsy. His parents perform daily physio therapy and he has treatment once a week from a physiotherapist but now his parents have discovered an operation called SDR which would help but with limited availability in the UK he’ll need to go to the USA for treatment.
The challenge now is to raise £60,000 to make this happen. Dewi’s brave parents and 8 year old sister (pictured above with young Dewi) are doing what they can to raise money.
Please donate to help this family raise funds for an operation in the USA to help him. Anything you can give will be so gratefully received and can make such a difference.
Go to http://www.justgiving.com/DewisDreams and give what you can and tell your friends. Follow them on twitter @dewisdreams and help spread the word.
Thank you so much!
Love Eve Myles

Listen back to our Avengers Assemble episode.
Rumours were flying around after Josh Trank failed to appear at Star Wars celebration, at the panel he was meant to attend with the Rogue One director, Gareth Edwards. Trank’s people said he had the flu and was regrettably unable to attend. But it now seems there was more to that story.
Disney/Lucasfilm have confirmed that Trank is no longer involved in the second Star Wars Anthology (that’s spin-off to us laymen’s).
The studio said:
“It was a privilege to collaborate with Josh. We are grateful for the energy and love of Star Wars that he brought to the process, and we wish him all the best”.
Personally, I was excited to see what Trank would bring to the Star Wars universe and I’m sad to see him leave.
Trank added:
“After a year of having the incredible honour of developing with the wonderful and talented people at Lucasfilm, I’m making a personal decision to move forward on a different path. I’ve put a tremendous amount of thought into this, and I know deep down in my heart that I want to pursue some creative opportunities. That said, the Star Wars universe has always been one of my biggest influences, and I couldn’t be more excited to witness its future alongside my millions of fellow Star Wars fans. I want to thank my friends Kathleen Kennedy, Kiri Hart, Simon Kinberg, and everyone at Lucasfilm and Disney for the amazing opportunity to have been a part of this. May the Force be with you all.”
Pete talks with Richard Mylan about his life, career, charity work and their mutual love for Xanadu.
